- I have been admitted into the Computer Engineering program at Arizona State University and am curious on how difficult the program will be for me
- I am around B average student and have gone to private school my entire high school life.|||The trouble with estimating this kind of "hardness" is that there is no recognised scale by which it can be measured. This is probably because of the highly subjective nature of "difficulty". I nevertheless attempt to quantify it as follows:
On a mental hardness scale of 0 to 10 with 0 = watching TV, eating, drinking & sleeping as you want and 10 = Stephen Hawking, studying engineering rates around 4-5 at B.S. level, maybe 6 at honours or MS level.
On a physical hardness scale of 0 to 10 with 0 = watching TV, eating, drinking & sleeping as you want and 10 = Reinhold Messner, it scores around 3, the main physical difficulty being lack of sleep.
