I work at Long John Silver's and my shift manager's brother told me today that, due to a loophole in state laws, police officers are no longer able to enforce existing drunk driving laws between 8pm and 4am in the state of Arizona. Is this true? I might go out drinking tonight so if you guys could let me know in the next couple hours that would be great. Thanks!|||Only in the desert. Buzz driving is drunk driving.|||Um was your managers brother drinking while he told you this crap. If you are drinking and you get pulled over by cops, your going down to the station...period! You will have a DUI/DWI on your record for life. No loopholes there|||No it's not true. It's also really effin stupid to drive drunk. A cab is alot cheaper than hospital bills, court costs, lawyer fee's and lawsuits. for when you get in an accident|||He's full of tartar sauce. It's illegal to drive drunk anywhere in the United States. He was setting' you up.|||Your shift manager's brother is a pot smoking idiot.|||its illegal to drive drunk anywhere. duh.|||NO!!!
