If America was still following it's correct foundation of being a Federal Republic then this should have be handled by the central government. Things like the US Dept of Education ($ billion sink hole) should not exist as education is supposed to be handled by each respective state. So as you can see, we have a central government taking away states' rights and it appears Arizona has had enough!
