Arizona finally got something right with their "return to sender" policy of returning captured illegals to wherever they originated. But that's just me, what do you guys think? I'll take any answer.|||well if i break the law and get caught i have to suffer the consequences
they are no different
if you enter the u.s. illegally
you should be sent back to the country of origin
it really is not to difficult to understand
i am not sure why liberals have a problem with it ..|||Most of the Mexicans coming over are indigenous peoples who have been there for thousands of years. Arizona was historically part of Mexico, so people have relatives on both sides of the border. Splitting the two with a border is like the Berlin Wall, or the divide between North and South Korea. I don't think there should be any restriction on Mexicans going and coming into Arizona, its their ancestral homeland.|||If someone broke into your house you'd want him prosecuted, right?
If someone stole your car, you'd want him prosecuted, right?
If someone raped your sister, you'd want him prosecuted, right?
Crossing the border illegally is a crime just like the other crimes mentioned. If all of a sudden it becomes a special case and "oh, well, yeah, but...." then the law becomes a joke.
Every single illegal here is a felony criminal. Their very first act in this country was a crime. Why shouldn't they face the law? Certainly being returned home is better than going to prison, right?|||There is absolutely nothing wrong with the AZ law...and in fact mirrors federal law, which the feds will not enforce. We are being used as a political tool by the democrats who want a voter base of illegals because they know citizens have figured them out and won't be voting for them in droves this election.|||I think the feds should be enforcing the law and the states only helping. If the feds wont do their job i guess its up to the rest of us. Born in Florida but proud to live in Alabama with there new immigration law.|||I agree that illegal immigrants should be deported but only those committing the most heinous crimes. A traffic infraction such as driving without a license does not bode well with me as being a reason to deport.|||Whole heartedly support it. It's a shame that the state gov'ts have to do what the Federal Gov't is too chicken-**** to do?|||The AZ law makes for nice press but it won't od much. All it will do is park illegals from AZ into other states.|||It's the same as federal law.|||great more states should do it.|||I think it should go on a personal basis, I think the illegals here that dont have any responsibilities, such as children, should have to go back to their country and file the correct way, but I think its really sad when a family is ripped apart. For example, a friend of mine married an illegal mexican man about 7 years ago. He came here illegally because he wittnessed someone killing his father for his land, so he was scared. And while here in hiding he met my friend they fell in love got married and had a kid. Then he decides to go through immigration to be allowed here and he was made to go back to mexico for 4 years. And the area is just way to dangerous for woman and kids, so this family was apart for 4 years. It makes me sad
