arizona: i am buying a honda CRX in arizona. me and my friend are taking a one way flight there and driving it back. we want some ideas of where to stop on the way. just random cool things. so if your not too far out of the way we want to know where to stop. i am 18 and he is 17. im looking for anyplace to stop from a nice hotel to a random mcdonalds thats just cool in a random way.|||"a random mcdonalds" Oh brother!|||I would alternate your route just a little. Start going up north through Utah (Arches National Park, Bryce Canyon - stunning!), then go through Wyoming (most gorgeous state, arguably; Grand Tetons, perhaps? A little out of the way, but no place like it), South Dakota (Mt. Rushmore), Minnesota, then Wisconsin. Beats the heck out of Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. Careful, though. Hope the weather doesn't mess things up.
