Im wondering what alll the requirements in Arizona are to get your tubes tied? im 20 with 1 kid and wanting them tied soon...Please hellp. ant find anything useful on the internet. Thanks|||your too young to have it done yet unless there is serious medical reason for it then they wont even consider it. get yourself put on a long term birth control
