I had to evict a tenant because she didnt pay a total of $2400 dollars of unpaid rent. I need the proper steps to process a garnishment of her wages in the state of Arizona, and the forms also. If someone could give me a link to the forms, and give me the steps according to Arizona law it would be most appreciated! Thanks very much! 10 points to the best answer.|||First you must take her to small claims court, you can't just garnish someones wages because you say they owe you money. People would just do this all the time then. You must get a first court order to have them pay you first.

Check this page, at the bottom it will tell you how to get your money;

Ignore anyone telling you that you can't garnish. This is stolen income, and you can, everywhere except Texas.
