I Have a home in Al Mirage, Arizona. In Arizona, in order to rent my home to people, I overheard I need to have permit or license to do that. What are they and where can I get it.? Thanks in advanced.|||hello from a RE broker in PHX, who is an expert on this topic.
you need an OCCUPANCY permit for tenants, which means you must be inspected
and have adequate escape routes and fire alarms, etc.
you must register with both El Mirage [we have no Al Mirage] as a rentable
unit property owner.
