Or will the New York-DC-LA Axis of Evil triumph in their support of the invaders?|||There are logical dynamic variables posed that make this hot-button issue interesting when it appears before the U.S. Supreme Court---something OPPONENTS of Arizona Immigration Law, SB1070, DO NOT want happen.....and here's why: 1) The U.S. Dept. of Immigration and Naturalization Service ( INS ) has a brazen, poor and embarrassing record of FAILING to detain and deport ILLEGAL immigrant residents IN the United States. This FACT alone, CAN NOT be white-washed or covered up: The number of ILLEGAL MEXICAN IMMIGRANTS in America has over-burdened the INS from doing their sworn job effectively. 2) The U.S. Border Patrol Service confirms fact # 1--and on record, repeatedly asks for assistance from the law enforcement level along the U.S. States that border Mexico. 3) The actual number of ILLEGAL Mexican immigrants is STAGGERING. This fact not only poses clear and present threats to the U.S. economy---but it poses equal dangers to U.S. economy, domestic safety AND security: a) The U.S. dollar being funneled OUT America and put IN to Mexico. b) Stronger flow of illegal drug trafficking today than compared to 20 years ago c) Stronger entry flow in the U.S. of prostitutes and child "sex slaves" d) Much larger biological threats of epic scale damaging diseases entering the U.S. from Mexico. e) Heightened chances of terrorism opportunity ( eventual alliance between Mexico organized crime and terror groups, like al-Qaida ), due in great part from the daily entry of ILLEGAL Mexican immigrants. f) Costs to U.S. taxpayers for "social assistance" currently being freely given to Mexican ILLEGAL immigrants; the actual total here is also STAGGERING, rounding off in BILLIONS of U.S. dollars. Oppose Arizona law SB1070 all you wish to: Hard as it may be to face these REAL facts, these are logically sound FACTS America currently faces, facts that carry REAL threats to the United States---possibly on an irreparable level. I'm also including the clever DEMOCRAT strategy, currently in play with this issue: Obama and his loyalist, Congress controlling DEMOCRATS clearly OPPOSE Arizona law SB1070: 1) U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton owes her job to the DEMOCRATS ( Bill Clinton appointee ). 2) U.S. Supreme Court justices Sotomayor and Kagan were hand-picked by Obama and inserted into the Supreme Court by his fellow DEMOCRATS. Heavy as the DEMOCRAT scale dis-balance on this issue is, Arizona Law SB1070 opponents shouldn't feel so smug just yet: Given Sotomayor and Kagan are expected to OPPOSE SB1070---final judgement from the Supreme Court comes by MAJORITY VOTE. This means that for SB1070 to be Supreme Court shot down, TWO MORE Supreme Court justices must also cast OPPOSING votes. Given the logical FACTS weighing more FOR full passage of Arizona Law SB1070, doubts hold opponents of this law will prevail. I take solace in the strong trend being that current U.S. Democrats ( including Obama ) are very very likely to be VOTED OUT, come Election Day.|||November's elections cannot come fast enough. In a saner world, freedom lovers could have rested easy, knowing that an impartial, Constitution-respecting judge would summarily reject the administration's unlawful scheme to thwart Arizona's sovereignty by superimposing its own nonenforcement policy. Yesterday's federal court decision to enjoin enforcement of the Arizona immigration law is the latest example of a virtually unchecked renegade federal government waging war against the states and against the liberties of its citizens. We've seen that Obama will exercise any power he can get away with, from strong-arming secured creditors and favoring unions as he gobbled up automakers to making a mockery of due process with his Oval Office shakedown of BP. But he might have reached a new low with his assaults on the sovereignty of the people of Arizona. o_O|||The problem is not actually the federal gov't per se, but the courts, federal judges and the supreme court are just not in touch with reality. They sit in their robes and play philosopher and don't have any common sense nor any clue what it's like to be a normal working class American living in a working class neighborhood. The judge today disallowed the major portions of the bill which WOULD have made a difference. All the sections left on the bill are already federal law. And we know how good this administration is at applying federal law. Lets face it folks the ILLEGALS WON. They have won for the last 30 years.
