We are driving to Texas from Las Vegas for christmas and we are going to be driving through Arizona. What papers will i need in case the law enforcement stops us? I have a newborn son and i just have his ssn card but not birth certificate? Will that be a problem?|||The SAME papers you need anywhere else. it's no different in AZ. Why do people think it's different?

We have enough youth, how about a fountain of SMART?|||American citizens don't need any papers anywhere in the country to just be there and walk around. You do need a driver's license to drive. You and your family members will need a health insurance card if you need medical care. You probably should have a birth certificate for your son for various situations that will come up over the years, but I don't see why you would need it for the trip. Even if you have car trouble and have to fly home, your son won't need ID, but both parents will.

The Centers for Disease Control has a website listed under sources about how to obtain a birth certificate; the methods listed are less expensive than using one of the online companies, and you won't have to figure out which online companies are reliable and which ones are not.|||If you're American citizens, you need no documentation outside your driver's license.|||Birth certificate is an important document so you need to do this for your son.Situation can ever come when you need to show it and its necessity is very important in the future documentations for your son.So I will suggest you to apply for his birth certificate as now a days there are many online agencies providing their services in a very easy, quick and cheap way.So my suggestions you should apply for it.I too can suggest you one of these agency.Good luck.
