I have a customer in Alberta that wants my building supplies. What type of company do I form in Arizona or Canada so that I can export my products to them over there?|||You do not need a new or special entity to ship to Canada.
Contact a customs broker to get assistance. The broker will be able to assist you with the export paperwork, tariffs, freight forwarding. etc.
You might have to adjust your pricing if the customer is expecting a certain price point due to any tariffs or freight that would not be included in your domestic pricing.
If sales in Canada turns into something more than an occasional order, you might want to look at different options for structure. That would be a nice problem for you to have.........

Keep in mind that the exchange rates changes daily and to keep a close eye on it. You may also want to work with a foreign exchange broker to get you the best rate.|||Here is a resource for you:
