Average temperature in winter months would be ranging from 50 to 20 degrees fahrenheit. 10 to -6 celsius. In the summer and spring and a bit of fall, yes VERY dry heat. Also, Arizona only has two seasons. Winter and Summer. It never snows, the wind just blows. Summer gets dire hot. It does snow in Flagstaff a lot though, and in that region of the state. You get the occasional snowfall wherever you move to though. But it only comes about once every two years in the southern part. The areas that are the higher elevations do have all four seasons with snow and ice in the winter. Phoenix does not get winter. The Deserts are in the 60's by Day, & around 40 at Night (with 2 or 3 showery days a month). While the Mountains are around 40 by Day, and in the Teens at Night (with 5 to 7 showery/ or snowy days a month).
