arizona: OK, if you are an Arizona police officer. You are not allowed to racial profile anyone, since that is illegal under US federal law. You pull someone over for speeding. How can you determine who is illegal or not? You are not allowed to use race, color, or nationality to make your decision. A cop can ask a person for a drivers license, or some form of ID if they are violating a law or if they are participating in unlawful activity. If they have no ID and other circumstances appear reasonably suspicious, only then can they ask for proof of legal residency or immigration. It's about time a state under siege by criminals and illegal persons took some individual action. Current laws do not protect anyone. We know the federal government and Chamber of Commerce cooperate with Mexican govt. not to interfere in illegal immigration because those people work in the U.S. and send back a lot of money to Mexico. So basically if you are Hispanic you should start leaving for work at least 45 minutes early in case the police want to stop you, and search your vehicle.|||If they aren't white they will have to prove they don't have a fake ID, fake social security card, fake registration, fake passport. fake high school records, and fake birth certificate. If an illegal alien is going to drive they will get a fake drivers license, even one that checks with the DMV (they are street smart they know how to pull it off).
