arizona: We recently appealed a case where the judge recluse's herself when we brought allegations against the officer for reasons of conflict, but when it was on the other side of the coin, the judge claimed she did not need to recluse due to conflict or bias. There was plenty of other factors, showing the officers had lied, but the Court upheld the conviction. Shame on these judges and shame on the legal system in Arizona!|||Call the Governor otherwise your just on here ranting. By the way judges "recuse" themselves, not recluse.|||Nobody has any idea what you're talking about. Without specifics, you can't get any kind of valid answers here. But, to make such a 'blanket' statement doesn't help your credibility.
