arizona: The only difference that I can see is that Arizona will enforce the law.|||It doesn't. It is derived from the federal laws. The problem Obama has with the law, is it may actually be enforced. He doesn't believe States should have that much power.|||The law does really only one thing:it makes violation of 8 USC 1304 or 1306 (aliens in US without papers), while in Arizona, a crime (actually "trespassing"), for which Arizona officers can arrest the alien to be fined and delivered to INS for deportation.
