The judge said that they can't force the officers to check immigration status, but they can still do it.|||Officers anywhere can arrest anyone suspected of a crime, except for certain immune diplomats. Arizona is trying to assume enforcement of federal laws in violation of the constitution.|||In OH, the courts ask EVERYONE if they are a US citizen. Maybe not cops but courts definately. Not illegal here. On top of that they tell the illegals what will happen to them. If you want to be illegal here then don't commit crimes.|||Because we have a partisan president and VA is a blue state and AZ is a red state!
