I want to buy a Honda civic Ex, here in California but the only problem is that it has Arizona tags, and i wanted to know how much it would be to change it to California plates before i think of really buying the car? Please help!|||recently i did this same thing smog-if it passes-30 to 60 dollars califirnia out of state title fee $179 my price for my truck was $592.00 but that included a weight fee and a commercial on a 1994 vehicle if it newer you will pay more. with smog and insurance ect. it cost $1200 roughly and i only pay $37 a month for insurrance seems kinda high.... good luck
