Industrials are often single-stitch machines; sometimes so specialized that *this* machine is optimized for lightweight fabrics, and *that* one for heavy fabrics, and *this other one* was designed solely to sew bills on baseball caps. A typical industrial machine will have its own table, a separate motor, and will need an oil bath for lubrication.
