I work for my landlord and she is wanting to evict someone. But all the books she has on the subject are from California. (She just moved from there). The person in question goes through everyone's garbage and is a pack rat. He also walks around in women's clothing and VERY short shorts. Can he be evicted and what format of a notice would she use?
