arizona: I just moved into Arizona. Do I need a physical? Any forms I need to sign? I'm 18, do I need to get a permit if I have an out of state permit? If I do get a new permit, do I have a waiting period before I can take the road test? Any special papers I need? Please help. I have no clue.|||If you check on the Arizona Motor Vehicle Divisions site: http://www.azdot.gov/mvd/azwelcome.asp you will probably get all your answers, including what the fees will be. And about the physical, no you don't need one, but they may test your vision at the MVD office that you may go to to get your permit or license. Good Luck.
