If I move to Arizona and register my 10 year old Jeep, do I have to pay a VLT like it was a new vehicle? The Arizona MVD says "The VLT is based on an assessed value of 60% of the manufacturer's base retail price reduced by 16.25% for each year since the vehicle was first registered in Arizona". Since this will be the first year my 10 year old Jeep will registered in Arizona, will the VLT be based on 60 percent of what the Jeep cost when new?|||Hi, I have found this site to be use full.
