No biased opinions, please, i just want to know all that's in this new Immigration law that Arizona is making because all I ever hear are biases and not legitimate information. If you are interested in an unbiased account of the law i would recommend sticking to government sites as i have heard of sites editing/photoshopping their copies of the bill in order to make their biased point. http://www.azleg.gov/legtext/49leg/2r/bi鈥?/a> The short version of the law is 2 fold 1) SB1070 makes being in this country illegally a crime punishable by jail time and deportation after released. 2) AZ police that are lawfully interacting with an individual may ask that person to prove citizenship if and only if the officer has reasonable suspicion that the individual may be in the country illegally.
